FY 2024-25 Impact

Dress For Success Vancouver has served more than 48,000 women and gender-diverse individuals in Metro Vancouver since 1999. In FY24-25 alone, that was 2,584 people, each with a name, a goal, and a next step.

Community Building isn’t just for Our Clients

People volunteer here because supporting women in their own communities matters to them. Many of our volunteers have been with us for years because of the community they find when they show up. The connection that builds between volunteers, and between volunteers and the women they serve, is unlike anything else.

While volunteering for Dress for Success, I had the privilege of witnessing first hand the change we women can bring about in the lives of other women by simple acts like donating clothes and helping women with styling.

I loved seeing the joy and gratitude our client expressed when we found clothes she felt confident wearing. I enjoyed the peaceful and positive energy from staff and volunteers.

Joining Dress for Success Vancouver's Volunteer to Work program…was a turning point in my life. It helped me reconnect with my confidence, embrace my achievements, and recognize the value I bring to any environment.

My volunteer role at Dress for Success wasn't just giving back, it was gaining Canadian experience, connections, and the reassurance that I was on the right path.
